The school employs and retains a number of highly qualified personnel, including administrators, teaching specialists and teachers, most of whom are trained and experienced in the American system of education.

ASM has a full-time headmaster, a Lower School Director, an Upper School Director, a Head of Admissions, a Head of Development, a Business Manager, a full-time nurse, two Guidance Counselors for grades 1-6 and 7-12, and qualified teaching specialists in art, music, Spanish and French, PE, and information technology.

The ASM faculty reflects a fine balance of experience, advanced study, youthful enthusiasm, and dedication. The average teaching experience is ten years and more than 75% of the faculty hold graduate degrees. An on-going in-service training program keeps teachers current within their specific fields and education in general.
