QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Required for Teachers and Interns:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Interns are required to have a Bachelor's Degree and interest in pursuing a career in education, however, they are not required to have teaching experience)
  • Teaching certificate
  • 3 years classroom teaching experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree
  • 5 years experience in the specific field and/or grades for most positions
  • 5 years for specialized courses and counseling
  • 10 years for administration
  • Experience in teaching International Baccalaureate courses will be beneficial
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred for all positions
  • Interest in and agreeable to coach or sponsor an after-school activity/sport
