The Lower School program at ASM is based on our belief that a good education for young children incorporates principles of child development and recognizes the role of maturation in the learning process. Students are motivated to acquire a curiosity for knowledge from pre-school onward. Students develop self-esteem through learning how to make appropriate choices in academic and social behaviors. They rapidly become tolerant of others as they begin to understand and appreciate the cultural differences of their classmates.

ASM's academic program is extremely strong. Where appropriate, students are given enrichment within the classroom setting.

The best educational climate is achieved when home and school are supportive of each other. It is through this partnership that ASM students are prepared to meet the demands of the 21st century.
