Check or cash for 135 Euros (or US Dollar Equivalent) payable to The American School of Madrid.
4. academic records
Academic records from the past three (3) years in English or Spanish.
5. school profile
Current school profile and an explanation of that school's grading system.
6. standardized test
Most recent standardized test results, if available (Standford Achievement Test, Iowa Test of Basic Skills, California Test of Basic Skills, WISC, Woodcock Johnson, etc.).
7. iep
Individual Education Plan (if applicable).
8. recommendation forms*
ASM confidential recommendation forms (math, English, and guidance counselor enclosed). These confidential forms need to be completed by the applicant's teachers and guidance counselor and returned directly to ASM.
