Check or cash for 135 Euros (or US Dollar Equivalent) payable to The American School of Madrid.

Academic records from the past three (3) years in English or Spanish.
5. school profile
Current school profile and an explanation of that school's grading system.
6. standardized test
Most recent standardized test results, if available (Standford Achievement Test, Iowa Test of Basic Skills, California Test of Basic Skills, WISC, Woodcock Johnson, etc.).
7. iep
Individual Education Plan (if applicable).
8. recommendation form*
All grades. This confidential form needs to be completed by the applicant's teachers or guidance counselor and returned directly by the teacher or guidance counselor to ASM. Download the form below by clicking on the projected grade.

9. writing sample*
For students in Grade 2 and up only. English Writing Sample must be completed by the student in the presence of a teacher who will return it directly to ASM. Click here to download the writing sample form.
